Returns and Exchange Policy

At Dorada Jewellery, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional products to our valued customers. To ensure your satisfaction, we have implemented the following return and exchange policy:

Items Purchased on Sale:

Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances.

Returns Not Accepted:
We do not accept returns for items purchased from our store. However, we do offer exchanges and replacements for damaged items under specific conditions.

Damaged Items:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, we are here to assist you. To initiate the process, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at info@doradajewellery.in within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item.

2. Provide the following information:
- Your Name
- Order Number
- A detailed description of the damage
- Attach an unboxing video or clear pictures of the damaged item

3. Our customer support team will review the provided information and arrange for the replacement of the damaged item if it meets our criteria.

4. We will coordinate with you to arrange the return of the damaged item. 

Exchange Policy:
If you wish to exchange an item you purchased from us, you may do so within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Please note - postage charges will be applicable on exchange.

Store Credit Option:
In cases where an exchange is not possible or you prefer an alternative, you may request store credit instead. Store credit can be used to purchase any other item from our store.

Exchange and Store Credit Process:
1. To initiate an exchange or request store credit, please contact our customer support team within the 7-day window at info@doradajewellery.in.

2. Provide the following information:
- Your Name
- Order Number
- Item(s) to be exchanged or for which you want store credit
- Reason for exchange or request for store credit

3. We will arrange for the pickup of the item(s) at your provided address. Please note that postage for the return will be charged on actuals and will be deducted from the final store credit issued to you or will be adjusted against the exchanged item.

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) and find them to be in acceptable condition, we will process your exchange or issue store credit accordingly.

5. You will be notified via email once the exchange is processed, or store credit is issued.

Important Notes:
- Items that show signs of wear, damage not reported within 7 days, or alterations are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Store credit is non-transferable and valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or store credit request that does not meet our return policy criteria.
