Items Purchased on Sale
Products purchased during a sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances.
Returns
We do not accept returns for items purchased from our store. However, we do offer exchanges or replacements, subject to the conditions below.
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, we are here to help. Please follow the steps below:

Description of the damage

Unboxing video or clear photos of the damaged item

Our team will review your request and, if eligible, arrange for a replacement.

We will coordinate with you to arrange the return of the damaged item.
Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused

In its original condition
-
In original packaging
Please note: Postage charges will apply and must be borne by the customer.
Store Credit
If an exchange is not possible or preferred, you may request store credit instead.

Store credit can be used to purchase any item from our store.

It is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and is non-transferable.
Exchange & Store Credit Process

Provide the following:

Order number

Item(s) to be exchanged or for which store credit is requested

Reason for the exchange or store credit request

We will arrange a pickup of the item(s) from your address.

Postage charges will be deducted from the store credit or added to the cost of the exchanged item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the exchange or issue store credit accordingly.

You will be notified via email once your exchange or store credit is processed.
Important Notes

Items showing signs of wear, damage not reported within 7 days, or any alterations are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not comply with our return and exchange policy.
